On the plus side, you live in Canada!

True. I might just pop down to my hospital's emergency ward just to get my cold checked out. :P

You Americans and your glorious PC part prices. I just put down $925 CAD on:

-Intel Core i5 4670K Unlocked Quad Core 3.4GHZ Processor LGA1150 Haswell 6MB Cache Retail
-ASUS Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Z87 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI CrossFireX/SLI SATA3 USB3.0 HDMI Motherboard
-Corsair CX Series CX750 750W ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply Active PFC Fan 120mm Fan
-Antec One Mid-Tower Gaming ATX Case Black 3X5.25 5X3.5 2X2.5 Front USB3.0 Top Rear 120mm Fans No PSU
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC 1150MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card

That includes S&H and taxes.

Why CX750? Seems like a high wattage to be using a budget PSU on.

Budget PSU? It was in the price range I was looking at and the reviews were favourable.

It's not a bad unit, but the CX line is Corsair's budget line. Just seems odd to go with a budget 750w over a high end 500-600w unless you really need that 750w.

Well it's part of Corsair's Builder Series models, which still are great, but only 80 Plus Bronze, basically it's just entry level. It's OEM builder is CWT as apposed to the other lines Corsair has, HX, TX, and AX, which have Seasonic as the OEM.

I guy I was talking to seemed to think that 600w was too little wattage for my usage. I wasn't sure how much power I'd need, so I went with a larger one to be safe. I've survived on my Silverstone 600W modular PSU for some time, but it's on its way out, and the parts I've ordered are significantly better than my current PC parts, ergo, I surmised that I needed more than 600W.

Eh, some people tend to overestimate like that. That setup could easily run on ~450w or less.
But, hey, now you can run two 760s.(if your mobo is SLI capable) And probably still have enough room for a beefy physX card.
