Will The Walking Dead Season 2 have all episodes at launch?

Or is it gonna just be one episode that lasts an hour. Also if I preorder, does it take the cash now or at launch?

What would be the point of havng episodes if they all launched at the same time? Also, you're charged now.

Regarding episodes I have no clue.

Regarding preorder, it depends on where you are getting it. If you grab it on steam it's immediate.

No episode from Season One lasted an hour, so I don't get why you are assuming it will be true for Season Two episodes.

Same as before, episodic releases. You pay for the season pass.

All episodes are free, but they come out progressively. And then there will maybe be a little DLC too.

So I buy it, get episode 1, then later get the episodes as they release for free if I preordered?

The purpose of a "season" is that you get the individual episodes when they are ready. If you demand all of them at once, just wait and buy it later.

Sam & Max all had seasons that played out this way, as does pretty much everything Telltale does (except poker night)...otherwise they could just wait and release one huge game instead of 5 "episodes". And yes, once you pay for the season, you get everything that goes with that season. You don't have to buy all the episodes separately.
