This is a tough one, as I can barely remember. Probably Day of the Tentacle, the version that came in 8 floppy disks and didn't have voice overs. Good times!

First PC game I owned was Roller Coaster Tycoon. Got it out of a cereal box.

I believe the first PC I bought was Dawn of Discovery. I was a pirate before that.
