87C on my 580 that died.
Highest I've ever seen my 5850 was like...idk, 76-77C on a hot day? Runs cool as crap.

x1980xt or something (no longerh ave this lol , this was long ago) 100 - 105 Celsius
:O it was a burning inferno to touch when on (fortunately there is never a reason to touch a video card at 100 plus degrees
my current video card (HD7870 Radeon doesnt go above 70 degrees even when fully loaded
