WHY, as much as I like amd WHY?

Its the same as any other ram, but amd put their name on it. Tempted to buy this and install it on my friends intel rig.

Pro tip: All RAM is made by the same handful of companies (What, like 5?) and other companies just slap a sticker on it and call it their own. That's how computer parts work.

I know that, but its a bit extreme for AMD ram. Seen intel ram before? Didnt think so.

Edit: if you read correctly, you would have seen that I stated that amd only put their name on the ram. I know they are NOT the ones that manufactured it.

I seriously though about using this as an excuse to buy it and give my 8 gigs to my brother. 16 moar gigs of amd power. I have to do this now, on principal.
