700 is plenty but it isnt going to be some flashy triple monitor surround sound setup

Yeah i'm not shooting for that seizure inducing stuff lol. I'm not even gonna need a monitor because im just gonna use the pc's hdmi to plug it into my 42' inch. I need a good pc to play dayz and to keep up with my game developing habits.

I would suggest building your own and ordering from Newegg.com There is enough info and tutorials to make building one really simple. Just takes a little time.
