What speakers are you guys using, how do you like them?

HDTV built-in speakers

As long as I hear a sound, it's fine for me. I have an extra receiver and speakers stored in a closet but I hate extra cables running behind my computer.

Near-field studio monitors. Great for music production and lets me hear more sounds in-game.

Some rather low-end Harman-Kardon 2.1 system. It's fine, but it's showing its age with some crackling when I turn the jack.

I should get my old Labtec 4.1 system that came with my old SoundBlaster Live 13 years ago (it's at another house). Undusted it, it works like a charm and does everything I want.

A weird combination of the sub from a set of Logitech z-2300's, with a set of passive speakers made by Akai which are probably close to 15 years old. The speakers are powered by the amplifier in the sub which originally powered the two satellites. I'd love to have a play and see what the speakers would sound like with a decent amp as I'm guessing the current one is horrific, but I haven't a clue where to start, plus the bass from the rather large sub is insane.

I use an Onkyo 5.1 setup for my second pc, kinda want to at least get a new sub, the one it came with is passive and isn't punchy enough for me, but the rest of the speakers are fine.

Main pc uses the cheap hp ones that came with my last prebuilt, cause I use gamecom 780 headphones 90% of the time.

I don't use speakers; I use headphones. As for my sound card, I've been using the same Sound Blaster card for well over 10 years. I've never really thought about upgrading.

Logitech Z313 speaker system

Same here. Picked up a set when my old JBL Media 2000 speakers died - they sound just as good, for far cheaper.
