I have $20 in my steam wallet

I planned on buying the normal FO:NV, since I figured with mods, the possibilities are endless so I didn't see the need to buy the ultimate

But now that I'm about to do it, I'm wondering if it's worth it

Is it worth it? I figure no, since I can just mod, but curious to what you guys think, Normal or Ultimate

The DLC, especially Old World Blues, are worth it. I'd wait for the game to go on sale, which it often does.

It was five dollars a few days ago.

Also yes, it's worth it just for mod compatibility.

Of course you can. However many mods have been updated to include or even require the DLC. This happens with all of Bethesdas games, and when it costs barely any more for the Ultimate Edition, you really are just limiting yourself by not buying it instead.

Yeah, I'm obv new to this

Ok the code was free, so I'll just go with the ultimate. Thanks a lot man, I would of been pretty PO'ed when I realized I couldn't use some of the mods I wanted

And thanks everyone else, I know it's wise to wait for it to go on sale, but I don't feel like waiting

You either buy a game on release date or you wait for a discount. There are no inbetweens!
