More demanding than Metro LL. . .wonder if Ubisoft pulled another optimization goof.

Wouldn't Witcher 2 on maximum mean ubersampling? Blacklist and MP3 (and apparently AC4) are harder to run than that? Huh.

AC4 was supposed to use a bunch of new tech for AA, ambient occlusion, and soft shadowing, that looked to be way more intensive than the standard methods. It could also partly be non-finalized drivers for GK110.

GK110 drivers have been out for 8 months already though…

The Witcher 2 is no longer hard to max. I play with everything maxed, including ubersampling, at 1080p with my GTX 780.

No, but from a few tests I did it seemed to stay at 50 or higher. Good enough for me. It's not a fast-paced multiplayer FPS, so I didn't really mind.

Nope, it uses 28nm GK110 architecture, and has more shader processors and TMUs AFAIK.

You say that like your card is a low-end or mid-range card - of course you can max it if you drop $600-1000 on a video card. Most people aren't using $600 video cards though, so it is still a fairly demanding title.
