Pretty sure any player can play videos that are 60 FPS.

It's annoying how difficult it was to find on the site. Check the video demonstration at the bottom of the page. It looks pretty clearly smoother to me.

Am i missing something here? if the video itself is in 60 fps, can't any player like VLC, Winamp or even Windows Media Player play the video?

This program takes videos that are less than 60fps and tries to make them 60fps by predicting in-between frames.
