I wanna move a couple games from my HDD to my SSD. I reserve my SSD for general applications, but still have plenty of space. Is it as simple as dragging and dropping the files over?

If they're Steam games, you can use something like SteamTool.

Depends on the game. It is better to reinstall the game so you can have the game in the registry but most games should work by dragging and dropping them over. But I can't guarantee it will work 100%.

99% of the time with non-steam games yes it'll work

you will likely have issues with gamesaves and such if you just copy paste, information about file location is stored in the registery

works on any application, it just creates junction points on the old drive pointing to the new drive.

steam mover for sure. you can move anything, it just defaults to your steam folder.
