I need it all, how can you help me with this build?

I need everything, which includes the power strip. All i have right now is a desk, chair, and an ISP.

What can be done to this build that will reduce the costs?

Is there anything that can be done to efficiently reduce the costs?

My goal? Battlefield 4, 1080p, medium settings, 60 fps.

I'm going to buy parts on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Which is better? I am trying to coordinate a proper build.

Does that make sense? What questions do you have about it?

Since you're getting monitor, OS, etc etc I can't advise any reductions. With this machine you will be playing BF4 on at least high if not ultra. And you'll be playing games on at least high for a few years.

You should get a Z87 motherboard for an overclocking CPU. You should also get something like this instead of that 7970.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127759

It's a 7970 with some improved stuff and higher clock speeds for cheaper.

Get the TX650 over the HX650. 80 Plus Gold isn't worth the extra price. You might be able to find cheaper RAM but I've heard prices have been going up

Can I just interchange those items with those you mentioned?

These builds are from other people; I don't know how to properly do a build. But I do have enough intelligence to assemble one assuming someone picked the parts for me.

That's the build after I changed those things. I also added an aftermarket CPU cooler for overclocking. If you don't want to overclock your CPU I can change a few things around and it will save you money.
