Humble Store now an actual storefront with daily deals

From the email I got from them:

We’ll still be offering our usual pay-what-you-want Humble Bundles and Weekly Sales, but the Humble Store is also here for you every day.

So yeah, it's not going anywhere.

There is a cynical voice in the back of my mind that says "Sure, they aren't going away... Yet, but I'll wager they won't be showing up as often..."

They're turning into a full-scale business, whereas it once felt like a treat every time they came up with something new.

The Rogue Galaxy offer is nice, but I have to stop. My Steam list is so long I can't find anything. It's terrible. Like having too much cake.

Rogue Legacy :P

It's not rogue warrior though is it? I'd love to experience that game on pc, only played the sub sub ps3 version :/

Rogue Squadron?

Kind of feels like it goes against the spirit of the whole "humble" part.

It's free to play after you buy it. That's F2P genius. ~ Brutal_Felix

It's not Rogue Warrior. Wasn't that game terrible?

A PC version of Rogue Galaxy could be nice, though.

They said the same thing about the THQ bundle, Origin bundle etc.... it's still donating to charity (though with the store it's only 10% and you don't get to name your price)... If it bothers you, don't buy from it...The normal bundles are still there, and there's lots of other bundle type deals out there if you're so disillusioned that you don't want to support them anymore.

I mean, obviously they've just gotten way too successful right?

Not entirely sure how I feel about this.

Hopefully it doesn't effect the traditional bundles and their pricing options...

This is nothing new. The Humble Store widget has existed for at least a year, they're just centralized now rather than just on the devs' websites.
