Can you show me an example of what you'd put in each box or whatever it's called?

Is it safe to use? And it automatically categorizes stuff we spend on our credit/debit cards? What if we use cash too, can we create a section and add stuff we buy with cash too?

I find it relatively safe to use. You may want to verify it yourself and do some research on what the reviews says.

Unfortunately, it does not automatically track cash spending. If you do use cash, you will have to manually log in it. However, if you use credit card, it will categorize it based on the type of expenditure it is.

Lets say I put my check from work at the ATM, do we first have to set it up to name what the category is like "income for the week" or something

You might be able to do that.

All I did was provide my bank's website log in info. It displayed my current checkings and savings account. I have direct deposit in my work and it automatically recognized it as my income. Then it displays what my monthly income and what my monthly expenditures which is then broken up further based on category.

I have Wells Fargo and there's this automatic Money Map thing that tracks what you spend.

I never pay attention to it though.
