Uh what?

Don't know what video card that is but, it's horrible, why would you want it?

Processor is fine, you need at least a nVidia 8800 512mb to match the x360 (actually exceeds but console ports tend to need a bit more power)

C2D is low-low end
Geforce 8800 is low-end

I mean, those parts will do Crysis on High in 720p

The card has 112 stream processors and 640MB ram over 512 bus i think the bandwidth is 28GB+max 8gb/s from 8gb ram.

The 8800 was sure a great card.

How would i calculate the specs of this setup before building.

You being extremely vague in your intention and specifications is not doing you any favours.

It's enough to run current console ports at medium to low graphics.

My current PC is close to this, but I have a 9600 GT which is about 10% slower than an 8800.
It can do mid-low on Skyrim with 20fps @ 1280 x 1024
It can do high on dragon age origins with 30-40fps, ultra at 15-25fps @ 1280 x 1024
Warband maxed @ 1280 x 1024 and get between 15 and 60fps depending on soldier counts.
X3:TC at medium graphics, 20fps normal, less then 10 with SETA @ 10x. Less than 15 normal if in heavily built up area.
Jagged Alliance online, max, effortless, 60fps.
Tera Online, max, 15-20fps, min, 20-23fps (so a CPU bottleneck most likely)
Earth 2160, max, 5-20fps
Archeblade, max @ 1080p, 20-40fps
The Last Remnant, medium @ 1280 x 1024, 16-40fps, medium @ 1080p, 12-25fps.
Tomb Raider 2013 does surprisingly well, good optimization I guess. Max @ 1080p (DX9), 20-40fps.

Essentially, console framerates but at higher resolutions.

Does that help?

http://www.giantbomb.com/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/3030-33394/forums/for-those-wondering-if-their-pc-can-run-skyrim-524006/

From this site someone said they could run skyrim on ultra with a slightly stronger same GPU GTX with less ram?
