How strong is this 2007 PC?

You need to be more specific. There were many Core 2 Duos with varying capabilities and MANY cards from Nvidia with the GT branding. We need the models of both.

No kidding, Infinity8378. Why don't you explain what you have, what you want, and then maybe we can help you.

Uh what?

Don't know what video card that is but, it's horrible, why would you want it?

Processor is fine, you need at least a nVidia 8800 512mb to match the x360 (actually exceeds but console ports tend to need a bit more power)

The Xenos GPU in the 360 is similar to the Radeon X1800XT which was going up against the GeForce 7 Series....the GeForce 8 series is superior to Xenos (as far as performance is concerned).

C2D is low-low end
Geforce 8800 is low-end

I mean, those parts will do Crysis on High in 720p

The 8800 was sure a great card.

The 8800 was widely hailed as one of the fastest if not the fastest video card when released in 2006....of course engines/tech have moved on since then and a $400-600+ powerhouse is now commonly the minimum requirement to run a game.

How would i calculate the specs of this setup before building.

Calculate the specs? The specs are the specs. They need no calculation.
