Rate my plans for my gaming PC. Can it handle next-gen?

Hey guys. I'm probably going to pick up the more pricey items on this list (the GTX 760) on Black Friday. My friend bought his video card (I think his was a GTX 660) for only around 120.00 last year, and saved almost 100$ on the video card alone. Right now, this rig runs about 1,200 without rebates.

GTX 760 GDDR5-2GB - $180-250
i5 4570 Intel Quad-Core, 3.4 GHZ $200-235
ASRock Z8Z Extreme4 ATX Intel Motherboard $140-150
2x4GB Ram Sticks Ballistix - $80-90
Seagate Barracuda 500gb HDD - $55
Kingston V300 120GB SDD - $70-80
XFX ATX 550 Power Supply - $60-75
NZXT Tempest 410 Tower - $60

I'll use my Samsung TV-dual-monitor until I can pick up a good one. Any suggestions? Keyboard and mouse are non-consequential right now, and I can probably pick up a decent headset for $20-40 at Wally World.

The motherboard can support two of the GTX 760, which I will upgrade when necessary. This is mostly to play titles like Titanfall, Skyrim (heavily modded), and Battlefield 4. This PC MUST be able to handle the inevitable release of Fallout 4, so predictions on what specs will be needed for FO: 4 are greatly appreciated.

So, any suggestions/fixes?

Either get the 4670k CPU or get a cheaper motherboard, the Z87 motherboard is ment for overclocking and your CPU isn't made for overclocking.

Get a H87 motherboard if you plan to keep that cpu.

Also get a 650W PSU if you plan on doing SLI 760.

I'll need to overclock if I'm putting in another video card (whatever it may be, someone else recommended a Radeon 280x) in a few years when I need the extra power....

You can overclock a videocard with that motherboard, what I mean is that the H87 isn't made for overclocking CPUs, and the cpu you are buying isn't made for overclocking, but you can overclock the videocard.

I'd get the "k" version of the processor, and a 3GB card just to be a little more future ready.

No such thing as future proofing with graphics cards.

Same crap and either way it berly makes a difference, and once 3GB is the standard the 280x will be outdated. So its better for him to get the better card right now which is the 770 and it comes with 3 free games, making it a better deal.
