I want the card to last me 2-3 years. How much VRAM will i need (Entirely at 1080P. I don't plan on upgrading my monitor till next time i get a GPU)

Ive been trying to decide this for a week.. >.>

Better yet, don't get a 770 at all and you won't have to worry about VRAM/$.

I have the 4GB 770 model, and don't look back at all thinking it was a waste, it's only a 55$ difference for a pretty significant future-proof!

The 4gb 770 is a horrible value atm. In the $300-ish range the 2gb model is alright but with 4gb models so close to $400 it's competing with the R9 290 which is so much faster there's almost no comparison. Unless you just have to have PhysX/CUDA there's no reason to go nVidia at that price.

Still in use by some, I would guess
