I have a g75vw too but it doesn't even come close in performance. I have sold it to someone for 790. So I really only paid 705 for my m18x if you count that.savings. It has a ati 7970m

The 7970m is roughly equal to a 7850. That's not going to max every game. Not at playable framerates anyway.

30 is playable. but not maxxing. maxxing would 60@1080p. and even then some of the more turbo-nerds will say that 60 isn't maxxing, and you must be playing at 120@1440p to be maxxing.
