I can run them. Only with low resolution and lower graphic settings.

an AMD apu would be cheaper and better.

Then I'd have to change the motherboard which might mean less ram/ability to upgrade to ddr3

you're paying $150 for that mobo. you can get an FM2 mobo for $75

you can get an a10-6800k and mobo for less than $210. That's saving you money right there.
