I'm thinking about getting the steelseries sensei raw mouse what do you think ?

I was considering Razeradder 2013 and the G400s. I lke the steelseries sensei raw more cause it has two extra buttons on each side and like it's shape better. Does anybody know what the default dpi is for this mouse ?

The Steelseries Sensei Raw uses a flawed sensor the G400 or Deathadder are both objectively better choices.

That's because most mice use flawed sensors.

I think that is because most popular mice are laser mice, and currently there are no laser sensors that people generally think of as good.

That said, the Avago laser sensors are decent. They have no prediction, track well on a variety of surfaces and have a high max perfect tracking speed. The knock on them is the slight hardware acceleration. Even though I do think it is reason enough to go for another option, I also believe that people sometimes blow it out of proportion.

Personally I love the shape of the Sensei. Shape wise there is probably no mouse that I like quite as much. I am using the Zowie FK. It has a better sensor and shares a similar kind of shape (though not the exact same).

Here is the picture of them side by side (the Zowie FK is the black one with the yellow accents)

If you want a flawless sensor with the sensei shape, and I believe it has two buttons on each side since it's an ambidextrous mouse, get the Zowie FK.
Most all of Zowie's mice are flawless:
Zowie FK
Zowie AM
Zowie EC1 eVo
Zowie EC2 eVo

Zowie's mice also share the same "Raw" philosophy of performance over extraneous features.

Checked out these mice at newegg there pretty expensive. I like the FK and the am but almost 100$ thats kinda crazy. This mice are the shape I want and the button placements is what I want too, but 100$ is a little steep, I'll see though.
