Might be looking to upgrade on Cyber Monday, but on a reasonable budget. I'd say, $200 for each component, possibly up to $250.

The HD 7950 would be your best bang for the buck. This is the cheapest one for about $221 after shipping and rebate:

Did you try to unlock the two extra cores and try to overclock your 960T? You might be able to squeeze a little more life out of it.

You could also try looking at your area's craigslist for slightly used parts. Just be vary and make sure they run flawlessly before you buy.
