Is the corsair m95 worth $55?

It's currently on sale for $70 with a $15 rebate.
And with my mouse on it's last leg, I kind of need a new mouse.

I would say only if you are playing MMOs or really don't mind all those extra buttons.

But I don't think you can justify $55 for a mouse no matter how to spin it.

uh, i paid $45 for my mx518, $10 more wouldn't bother me at all, if it last me the same 4 years

45 bucks on a mouse and it lasted only 4 years? What a jip. I had 10 dollar mice that lasted 10 years.

Laser sensor, so I'd say no.

This.

Mice with flawless sensors:
Logitech G400s
Zowie FK
Zowie AM
Zowie EC1 eVo
Zowie EC2 eVo
Razer DeathAdder (build quality is s***)
Razer Abyssus (build quality is probably s***)
Roccat Savu (DPI selectables are an enumeration, 400, 800, 1600, 4000)
Roccat Kone Pure Optical (we're not sure if it's perfect yet, but probably is. DPI is also an enumeration as opposed to a slider like the Savu).
Cooler Master Storm Spawn (make sure to get latest firmware)
Microsoft IME 1.1a (low perfect control speed)
.... I know I'm forgetting a couple.

I love my M90, I didn't think I would be able to get used to all of the buttons, but I was startled by how fast I found uses for them. I've been very impressed by mine, and thus far it's running perfectly thankfully, but if it ever broke I would buy another m95 or what ever the latest model is

I play a fair bit of FPS and I've never had a problem what so ever with the sensor, no idea what they are talking about
