Is this a good 27" monitor, PC board?

This one looks nice but if you guys have any recommendations for a monitor for general use/gaming, I'd like some options to pick from.

I'd say minimum of 23" and maximum of around $300, although it can obviously be lower if I'm still getting a quality monitor.

Assuming your video card can handle 2560x1440 at good settings go for that.

That Asus monitor is nice for being an AH-IPS with an ultra slim bezel (something not enough monitors have, sadly), but it only has dual-HDMI inputs, the stand doesn't have much for adjustment, it's not VESA compliant, and the 27" model is still 1080p, rather than 1440p. If they made a 1440p one with DP and an adjustable stand/VESA compliance, I'd be all over it.

Oh, you thought they made this game for you? You clearly bought the wrong game.

I do not want to go to a 1440p monitor if it helps

Its an excellent monitor for general use, but not for gaming (the response time is too high).
