I am not a fan of GOG. Their 'fair pricing' policy actually introduces a common problem - high price point for old games. Dislike. --- You don't need a reason to help people. Member of KAMOTE FORCE 5, BLACK_ZERO_X!

high price point
But it's DRM free, and in many cases it's fixed to work better on newer machines (if the game is really old)...also in some cases it's one of the only legal alternatives if you want to buy the game...Maybe you'll get lucky and find a copy on Ebay or Amazon's marketplace that is cheaper, and maybe it won't work as well as you had hoped.
It also offers a similar convenience feature to steam in that I can redownload the games as needed.
And they still have sales... I think GoG is pretty damn cool all around. But whatever.... --- http://raptr.com/badge/arleas/uc.png http://i.imgur.com/G7PNnZ8.gif

Correct, I agree with you. High price point kills everything for me though. I am spoiled by Steam sales. --- You don't need a reason to help people. Member of KAMOTE FORCE 5, BLACK_ZERO_X!
