I've read on a ergonomic site that keyboard leggings shouldn't be used, because they 'cause positive keyboard tilt' (a bad thing).

I can't stand having the keyboard flat. It's awfully uncomfortable to type with it like that, so I always use the legs.

The stands tilt the keyboard at a weird angle. I use a small block at the back to raise it roughly half an inch which works better for me.

no because i type better with it flat.. i never actually did research into which was better but flat always felt more comfortable and natural to me
