Anyone here get the PS4 that has a nice mid-high end rig?

My PC is pretty good (i5-2500k, GTX 670), and I intend to get a PS4 by the end of next year.

I always tend to get at least one console to supplement my PC, because of the exclusives + console exclusives (i.e. games that show up on both major consoles, but don't show up on PC). There's usually enough quality stuff there to warrant a purchase.

Since the Xbox tends to have shooters as exclusives and I hate playing those with a controller, as well as the fact that I dislike Microsoft's attitude as of late, I'm getting a PS4. Just need a couple games I'm actually interested in, that I can't also get on PC.

If a console has fun games I will get it, and Sony has not disappointed me since I had my PS1

So in 2-3 years there SHOULD be a healthy amount to justify a purchase.

I have a pretty decent rig; i7 3770k, 16 gb ram, GTX 690 card, and I just picked up the ps4 at launch. It's decent, been playing AC 4 and Killzone a bit, but honestly doesn't touch what a high end rig can pull off. However, Killzone does look a hell of a lot better than any last gen game.

I bought a PS4 for myself and a friend on release, but haven't opened mine yet, planning on returning it actually, it was an impulse buy. I'll probably get it next year when more games are out and maybe they will make some changes to the system as well.
Looking forward to the next Uncharted at least, and the MGS games, probably be more out by then to make it worth it.
Seems better to put the money to expanding my PC and current console library.

I wouldn't return it if you have the option to sell it locally or on ebay. Auctions are completing at $520-$650 currently.

I'll buy one when it actually has some games.

This. See you in two years, PSN users.

I buy multiplat games on the PS4 and PC exclusives on the PC.

I have a high end rig, and still have PS4 on order, should get it this week. While I'm primarily a PC gamer, I always have consoles as well. They both scratch completely different itches for me depending on the day. Some days I want to sit at my desk with my mouse and keyboard, fire up my PC and play games or tweak my overclocks, etc. Other days I want to just sit on my couch or bed with a controller, turn something on and just play.

Not to mention both have their fair share of platform exclusives. Why not have both?
