What do you think this Austin Evans $600 build?

Need more input. Will it run most new games like AC4 and WatchDogs at least at 720p and at a smooth frame rate? Any parts you suggest I switch? I alread have the MOBO and CPU. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfGE4i_A6E4

That's honestly subpar for $600.

Why would he pick an Athlon when the 6100 FX processor is only $20 more?

Because he's obviously bad at picking parts. Same with you. The FX 6300 is newer and better and the same price as the outdated 6100.

I'm guessing that he went so low to try and cram a 270x into the budget.

Already had this built in my saved pcpartpicker lists. You can probably do better for the money, but whatever.

Wow, I had never even heard of this Athlon X4 750K. So it's an A10-5700 without the on-die GPU. Interesting.

Well excuse me. I meant the 6300. Didn't realize there was an older model in the 6000s that existed.
