10fps in wow for me, and amd forums filled to the brim with people having all kinds of problems with this card. Thank god i bought it from newegg though, never ever buying a non nvidia gpu again

How come other people can run WoW properly? It's obviously a problem on your end somewhere.

no its not, just got done reformatting windows,fresh drivers install,memtest86,checked hdd's with seatools, re-downloaded wow. Their is no software or hardware problem on my end, save for maybe this pos card

Perhaps you just simply got a bad card, or some very hardware specific error happens with just your card specifically?

I have a specific hardware issue with Skyrim relating to my CPU and GPU causing lighting to look strange and collision detection to completely freak out resulting in bears that rocket across the sky when they touch a model they can walk on such as a rock or pots and pans that just explode all over a room when I walk close enough to them for them to 'wake' up from their sleeping state.
