You know, a good wheel/pedals/gearshift + oculus rift would probably beat this, unless that seat also does something to add dramatically to the experience. If I had a couple hundred thousand in cash I could just piss away I'd start with something like this though, just so you could have a mini-arcade in your garage/basement/spare mansion type deal.

the seat is fully actuated force feedback capable.....i.e. it will move to simulate the movements and gforces of the car as you drive, and also the nuances of the track itself, like gravel, tar, dirt surfaces..

Yeah most of the cost probably comes from the D-box. And the PC that comes with it is over a grand and a half right there as well.

Could buy a really nice actual car with that money..

yea, ffs. I'd find an NSX, one of my favorite cars.

While this is true, not like I can buy a ferrari for that price.

The included rig only has a single 680 in it. Good luck playing a racing sim on ultra on three 1080p screens with just that.

too bad there's not any good racing sims on PC

lol

But i'm secretly super jelly.

numerous real pro drivers use sims like iracing for practice over sim-lite games like forza/GT.
