Russian steam keys

So I noticed that steam-activated games were much cheaper on russian online retailers. Is it safe to buy these? Think I'll be able to install it in another language?

I'm pretty sure Steam bans accounts for that sort of thing.

Don't do it. It's really not worth it.

Russian is my first language, so yes there may be a spelling error or two.

lol. No steam doesn't. The last time they did anything was 4 years ago with Modern Warfare 2 and even then they didn't ban an account. The only time they did disabled accounts was for their Orange Box.

IMO, those keys are fine if they're region free and don't require a VPN to activate.

If you buy Russian Steam keys, you're supporting communism.

If you support communism, you hate America.

I would avoid keys that require a VPN to activate.

just get region free keys and you'll be fine. i bought i think 4 or 5 games from a keysite and they all worked out great. started with Borderlands 2 and my steam account is just fine.

remember NO VPN activations.

They can and will ban you for it. There are ways to avoid getting banned (which is what seems to be confusing you about this), but I'm not going to explain it for personal reasons.

why would they ban us for it if the game is region free?

Because almost anything regarding Russia and video games is shady as hell.
