It's likely a fan out of balance. Check all your fans for damaged or missing fins. I had broken one of my 180mm fans, just one fin, and at 1300 RPMs it caused enough vibration to shake my entire desk.

Run the PC with the sidepanel open and see (listen) if you can tell where the sound is coming from. Once you know that, you will likely know what you can do about it.

Tighten up your motherboard screws. Check if your cpu cooler is still inplace and tight.
