Go with an R9 280x instead of the 7970ghz. It will save you about $100 and it's basically the same thing but slightly better. Use the money saved to get the 4670k cpu so you can overclock since you're getting a z87 motherboard and hyper 212 evo cooler.

How is the fan sound on the R9 280x?

7970ghz is a good sound for me, not too loud

Well, you can pick the cooler of your choice. This one is pretty awesome: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121803

That's the model I have and it's whisper quite even under heavy load. Stays really cool too.

With my rig I manage to run on all ultra, HBAO and 2x AA and it holds 60 fps 99% of the time. If somthing expl9des in my face or there is alot of smoke I will dip into the 50s but they are very slight.

The parts listed should have no issue replicating my performance.

I'm not familiar with the cooler they have on there, so I cannot comment on how quiet it is. The guy who posted above me regarding his card and how it performs on BF4 is bsing.

Get a 3570k or 4670k and an aftermarket cooler.
Even people have toenails. Of course PCs have toenails. -claytonbuckley

You should be able to run it fine on that setup, just lose the MSAA and Ambient Occlusion (or set it lower)

I only have a GTX560Ti and an i5 3570k

I run all other setting max @1080p.

I don't get a solid 60fps obviously but it still runs well.

I would recommend a Sapphire 7970 dual x ghz edition. My 7970 is extremely quiet and stays really cool around 60c while gaming. I have mine in crossfire with a Sapphire vapor x 7950. The only time the 7970 makes any noise is when i open firefox and that's about it.
