Don't come here telling me to build a computer because if I wanted to I would or I would ask someone else but I don't want to.

I just wanted to know which one of these is a steal for a good gaming computer

Given those two choices, I personally would go for the second option.

Neither one, go to Ecollegepc and use their service. If you can't then the 2nd one, but they're overpriced and don't come with a great graphics card.

Yeah to be honest those PCs are practically identical.

It really doesn't matter which one you choose. The second has a slightly better processor, but you wouldn't max out the first one anyway so it doesn't really matter.
