The setup I picked out: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/29dGq
(i5-3570, HD 7950, 16GB of RAM). This would cost me $1,175 including shipping, and I'd need to put it all together myself (shouldn't be too tough).
NewEgg Black Friday special: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227504
It's got an i5-4670k, HD 7950, 16GB of RAM. It's got an extra 120GB SSD (my build doesn't have one), and a mouse. It's about $1,269 with shipping & handling, and a WiFi Adapter (I couldn't tell if the build had one or not... can anyone clarify that for me?
So, basically... Is ~$100 worth it for a Prebuilt PC with a slightly better processor, 120GB SSD and a Mouse?

Build your own. You have no idea what kind of crappy power supply they put into the prebuilts. Also, why do you need 16gb of ram? --- i5-3570K| MAXIMUS V GENE| ASUS DCUII 670| CORSAIR XMS3 8GB| CORSAIR 350D| INTEL 520 180GB| CORSAIR H110i| CORSAIR AX750
