Is this AMD budget build good? Unsure about PSU

I'm not sure how many watts the PSU should be. PCPartpicker says the system wattage is abut 400 watts.

I also want a (semi) MODULAR PSU for a decent price.

it all looks good to me power supply is good so don't worry about that also I would suggest an aftermarket cpu fan the stock fan isn't the greatest in the world.

That's a good build. The 400 watt that pcpartpicker lists is usually the highest watt scenario that the build could draw. Realistically you'll be totally fine with a 500 watt supply. But it looks like you can get the same power supply at 600 watts for the same price so you might as well go with that if you want to give yourself some extra power for future upgrades:
