PC gaming has done nothing for me over the past 3 years.

Look at all these PCH fanboys get all defensive.

ikr

(Damn it why is this topic still here...)

But really, I've yet to see some remotely interesting game be mentioned that I haven't played.

Apparently I'm not a "real gamer".

I agree with TC, this year has been pretty bad for PC games.

Oh and LOL at the games mentioned.

Path of Exile, Dota 2, Total War Rome 2, Arma 3, Fallen Enchantress Legendary Heroes, Heart of the Swarm, Brave New World and Divinity Dragon Commander come to mind.

This year had a ton of great games if you're willing to look beyond what you've seen advertised on TV.

Don't forget Outlast, Company of Heroes 2, Europa Universalis IV.
But, yes, I agree if you don't have millions to spend on advertisement like GTA5 then you might as well not exist.
And complaining about PC strategy games is like complaining that 3DS/PSP/DS have too many JRPGs. It's the key genre to the platform.

Do not like survival horror.
Do not like RTS (I alreadfy mentioned this multiple times)
Do not like Paradox games (or what I got out of CK2)

I like Multiplayer games that don't rely on twitch reflexes. I have an extremely hard time with Dota as it is.

I like MMOs but I don't like what MMOs are calling endgame these days.

Maybe you should play more games you'd actually like? There's no shortage of gaming genres on PC and pretty much all of them are easily available and affordable on Steam.

I never understand why people post threads like "I don't like (this thing)" where they say they've barely tried any of the options available from that thing. Try some fresh stuff, have a blast.

Ok so you don't like RTS, you don;'t like shooters, you don't like TBS apparently, you don't like survival horror games, you don't like twitch games.

And you want multiplayer games.

So simplistic multiplayer games without any twitch or strategic gameplay.

Is there like, a monopoly game or something on steam?

Are we supposed to care or something? Just leave then. I don't go onto gamefaqs to convince people of my viewpoint.

XCom is fun. You should play XCom. I don't care whether you like TBS or not. Did I mention XCom is fun?
