So I have a Case, OS, Hard drive and PSU (500w Silverstone strider series)

What is the best you guys can do with $400. Work you magic.

I don't have a microcenter in my state :(

ram is also out of stock

that's a bummer. there were plenty of awesome deals yesterday, you should have asked then or the night before to get things before they went out of stock. i also forgot to put the right motherboard in the previous build in order for it to be that price from microcenter anyway. here's something slightly less awesome, and for about $40 more, but it's still not terrible. same gpu and cpu. i adjusted the price of the cpu and ram because that's how much both are in a combo from newegg. the only thing that really changed was the motherboard, it's quite cheap but it should suit your needs unless you plan to run crossfire or whatnot.

Budget build bro. I don't like to spend $700+ on my rig but that's just me

I'd place you at the $500-600 range.

That website is just a guideline. You can probably find better deals and maybe cheaper parts that suits your need.
