deus ex, neverwinter nights. It really depends on what genre etc you feel like playing also indie games would probably run fine aswell.

If you like RPG's, NWN and it's expansions.

For RTS, the original Dawn of War came out in that time frame and I don't see it's expansion being much more demanding.

Alpha Centauri, probably one AI update away from being the best 4x strategy game in the history of gaming. It's still fun, even though the AI does questionable things.
