On a scale from 1-10: Great, in my opinion.

This is truely a heart pounding gritty adrenaline rush that will keep you on your seat until you colapose over from your own guilt and self pity wondering what you fight for anymore. Right when you think is over they pull you back in with a fresh new multiplayer mode that will keep you on your feet or more likely on your back . If you find yourself down, drunk, addicted to pain-killers and 5000 miles away from home this is the game for you

it's a 10~ hour game with 4~ hours worth of cutscenes, scripting and non-interactivity.

take that as you will.
PC hardware doesn't need to match console hardware in price when PC gamers save literal thousands from the software they buy. http://www.steamgamesales.com/

I've played and enjoyed the previous games and just bought MP3 yesterday during the Steam sale (in fact, I'm creating a steam backup of it ATM) and it's a lot of fun, great character models, animation and gunplay (though the mechanics haven't really evolved much/if at all from the previous games from what I've played, still fun though). One thing I have noticed though (and this is at "normal" difficulty) is that it seems considerably more difficult than the previous games, enemies are tough, plentiful and will use cover/flank you etc. It kind of forces you to discover the right tactic/position for a given situation, as most other avenues usually lead to a prompt death.

Did you play the first 2? They were pretty cutscene heavy. Besides, the game has plenty of interactivity.

The third game was awesome and does justice to the first two games.

Reminded me of Spec ops: the line with it's gritty story. Great game, not much replay value.
