Which keyboard should I get of these two?

If you're concerned about reds, get this one:
http://amzn.com/B00EQV0W02

It should have Costar stabilizers like the Tenkeyless CM keyboards, the Quickfire Rapid and Quickfire TK. That's the best you're going to get without going up to a Filco Majestouch V2.

If you want backlighting, you're going to be paying much more for a GOOD backlit mechanical.

Everyone will try to sell you on the Corsair keyboards, but they aren't as good as Ducky Shines and are no where near as good as a Deck Legend.

Out of those two, the Corsair easily. You shouldn't buy anything Razer makes because the build quality is horrid.

That Corsair keyboard is $130.

For $172 you can get a Deck Legend which is the best backlit mechanical in existence. The lettering will never rub off because of the custom sublimination process they use for keycap printing, ti has individual LED's under every key, and the keyboard uses a frame that TG3 electronics uses for the keyboards they build to go in police cars. The thing weighs about 4 lbs.

It also has Costar stabilizers, which are much better than the mushy Cherry stabliziers Corsair and most everyone else uses.

I've used a Razer Arctosa for 2 1/2 years and no problems. I only paid $40 and there's a backlit version too

I had a blackwidow tourney for a few months before I spilled a pint on it. Mechanicals are not my thing, too noisy (though it was blue)

If you are looking for keyboards in that price bracket, the Cooler Master Quickfire rapid is one of the best deals you can get imo. When it comes to the typing experience and general durability, it offers something far superior than the option in the opening post.

However, I do realize it has less features that you might be after, like the macros and backlights. If you want to stay in that price range, you pretty much have to decide to go for a better buildquality/parts and superior typing experience, or the features of that keyboard. If you want to have those same things in a mechanical keyboard, then perhaps the storm trigger might be a good deal.

For macros you can also use programs like Autohotkey so you don't necessarily need a keyboard with macros.

I don't need macros. It just so happened to be on the corsair one. I do prefer a blue or changeable back light though as it would look nice. All of the ducky shine ones were out of stock so I'm screwed with that one.

Somebody also recommended this Razer Keyboard. I'm not sure which to get. Too many keyboards to choose from.

If anyone ever recommends you a Razer product you should go ahead and punch them in the face.
