HD 7850 1GB vs 2GB

I'm running a Core i3 2100 / GTX 460 1GB / 8GB DDR3 setup on a 1600x900 monitor, and my 460 just crapped out so I'm looking for a replacement. I'm eyeing this 7850GB 1GB for $90 after MIR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150642.

Is it worth it to pay more for the 2GB version if I don't intend to upgrade for a while? Cheapest one currently on Newegg is $135 after MIR.

I have a 2GB and I can't play some games at max settings. Like BF4.

Go for the 2 GB card. 1 GB already isn't enough, and it won't be much longer until 2 GB isn't, either.

I have a 2 GB 7850 myself, and it works well, but I definitely wouldn't want to have the 1 GB at the point in time.

I have a 2GB from powercolor. It's overclocked it so it can be at 1ghz. Stays cool about 60C at full load and if you don't have full AA on it'll help you out a lot especially on large resolutions where it's not nearly as important.

Well the 7850 isn't able to play BF4 at max settings regardless of how much VRAM it has.
