I would have said a 280x but all the bitcoin jackasses made the damn thing jump 60 bucks.

Keep saving then look for something in the 350-400$ price range.

Why short your self when you're so close to a higher tier.

I would recommend 7970/280x/770 which all fall between 340-390 price range.

Both of them are much better than your options for under 300. 760/270x both of which are already struggling to run games at high now.

The difference between those two tiers performance is about ~20%.
