So... roughly $900 for 60% more power, that is in the case of perfect SLI scaling
Please tell me you are not using a 1080p monitor

The real question is why are you using a 2500k if you're willing to spend the money on sli 780s?

Why should he upgrade a 2500k when it's as viable as a 3570k/4670k or did you not know that.

PCI-3 3.0 is important if you're SLIing 780tis as it's going to drop his lane speed down since he's stuck using 2.0

Lololol no it won't. Him losing a whole 2 fps will not destroy his build.

More than that. That's almost like you using 770s with 4GB, kind of wasteful with that crap 256 bit interface.

New releases like black flag and shadow warrior can't maintain 60fps maxed unless he has that rig. Any higher res and it'll go sub 60.

It's more than 60% power, it has more than double the shaders, 384bit memory bus with faster memory chips, more TMU's and can be overclocked nearly as high. The 780ti destroys the 670.

You really didn't need to upgrade from sli 670s, especially with the 4gb models. Dumb move bro

haha, That's cute. There were already games that sli 670 couldn't max at 2560x1440 8 months ago.

Hell, 2 780tis can't even max Crysis 3 with all the non-sense turned up @ 2560x1440

It's more than that though, I get about 60-70% more fps on my regular 780 SLI setup from my 670's and the 780ti has 500 more shaders, more TMU's and faster memory as well than the regular 780's.

I bought a 3570K and 670 2GB September 2012 and I'll bet it's the last thing I buy for my computer for the next 5 years.

Lol
256bit interface only limits how much can be moved between gpu an VRAM at any time, not how much can be stored.

So what you trying to say lol.
