The insane explosion of the price of Bitcoin is the cause. People are trying to cash in on it by buying AMD video cards, the stock of which is dwindling, driving prices farther up.

Glad I got my 7970 a week before Thanksgiving for $240. Now can you not only not find them, but the prices are way inflated.

Same here.. got greedy with $385 as a starter.. but I really didn't want it to be sold for any lower or my margin vs what I bought would have been a sliver.

I was a little anxious the whole auction anyway.. I think I'd rather keep it.

You can do a buy it now listing instead of an auction.

Yea, I had a buy it now price with it also, but that was like $405 or something.. In the process I learned I wasn't ready to part with it =p
