you can actually download an android version of dolphin for free.

nothing works, but it's cool to think Gen 6 emulation is finally coming to mobile, maybe PS2 next? I can hope

The streaming works great- I have metroid prime, resident evil, and xenoblade working well- I just need better controls

I would suggest plugging a 360 controller into your PC, configure that on your PC, then unplug it, connect with nVidia Shield, and it should work.
