Which fans should I run in pc to keep it quiet, but also cool?

My case has (2) 80 mm fans in the front, (1) 120 mm exhaust fan in the rear, and (1) 120 mm fan on top right above CPU. If I just have the rear exhaust idle CPU and case temps are in the mid 30s C.

Noctua makes silent fans. I have 5 in my desktop and I'm sitting literally 1 ft away, and can barely hear them.

I have these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835345023

They're pretty freakin' quiet.

Use the Noctua S series for case fans, the F series is more noisy since it is meant for radiators and heatsinks. Bigger also means less noise, so if you can fit it 14cm fans, that would be better than 12cm fans.

I am mistaken. It is (3) 120 mm fans and (1) 140 mm fan. This is the case I have.

I believe all the fan mounts are 12cm, except the top which is 14cm.

If the fan is going on a radiator:
Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15 1850 (the 2300 or so RPM ones are just as good if not better as they can be throttled down with a fan controller, but they are discontinued so you'll just be buying from stock).

Otherwise:
Aerocool Shark fans look great and have insane airflow for 120mm fans.
Akasa Viper and Piranha are also excellent, but I don't like the colors.
Noctua makes decent fans if you don't mind poop brown and beige, but the people who worship Noctua only do so because they are unaware Noctua fans are beaten soundly by numerous others that look a hell of a lot nicer.

use the fewest fans you need to maintain a directional airflow, and ensure the bias is slightly geared towards intake.
