Is PNY a good brand?

I have the chance to buy a new PNY 770 2GB for $260, is it worth it? or should i spring $60-70 more for an ASUS/EVGA one? I've never had any experience with PNY.

I had a PNY GTX 460 that began artifacting very badly within about 2 months. I ended up returning it for one of the same brand, which was used without incident for a couple years, both by itself and as part of an SLI setup.

I have a PNY GTX 660 Ti and it is fine but I replaced the cooler because the stock one was really loud.

I have a PNY 760 and haven't had any issues with it. But as someone stated earlier, it is a little loud.

PNY is to Nvidia as Powercolor is to AMD to put it into perspective.
