Physx is quite demanding, even on my system with 2 670s, you might want to turn it off, or at least to a lower Physx setting if there is any. Having an Nvidia card means that you can run Physx, running it well is another story all together

Turn off PhysX or lower it from high for Borderlands 2? Have fun walking through an empty room the whole way through the game.

Well TC has a 560Ti, and he's getting 20fps, there isn't that many choices here

Lol ddr2 ram. You need a new mobo, ram, and cpu.

Going from DDR2 to DDR3 wont make much of a difference

Didn't you hear? RAM = performance, I heard that on the PS4 board.

lol, wut? I have a single 680 and even at the very craziest part of BL2 ( I have about 200 hours in the game) with PhysX on high and every single other setting maxed @ 1080p, the most I have ever dropped down to is 35-40fps and that is with multiple enemies and projectiles exploding into thousands of parts 95% of the game runs @ 55-60fps with everything maxed. You've got a bottleneck somewhere, 2 670s should max and keep 60fps constant through anything...

A 1600p monitor might have something to do with it

You can 60fps the entire time without any drop at 1080p?
