I know what all these different components are for and how they function, I'm more concerned with the power supply, cooling system and motherboard. I don't really know what's the best out there.

Basically, will I run into any issues with this current setup? Power issues/overheating/expansion limits? What if I decide to overclock the cpu one day? Not that I plan to, I'm just wondering what the "limits" or this current power supply/cooling system is.

Can I add a second GPU later on if I decide to?

Does more money = better cooling, more power and more "future proofing" in regards to power supply and cooling system? Is it safe/better to spend the extra few bucks on a better supply/cooler? Or am I running into compatibility issues or other problems with that.

Budget-wise I'm trying to keep it under 1500 but if a certain component puts it over the edge and its worth the extra money then I can be flexible.

And just for reference, could this run something like Assassins Creed IV Black Flag on max?

Any input/help is appreciated. Thanks

For that price Im sure you can get a 4770k and a GTX 770.

If nothing else, I'd ditch the SSD and spend the money on a better gpu.

EDIT
Wait, I take it back. First, ditch the cpu cooler. If it's not a K, you won't be overclocking the cpu. The cpu cooler will serve little purpose in that case. Or, if you're going to overclock (or like the option of doing so at a future date), get 4670K.

At any rate, no, that machine won't run AC4 on max at 60fps constant. From what I've heard, no single card can due to heavy tessellation and soft shadow usage in jungle levels.

For that budget, definitely get a K series CPU for overclock, SSD + HDD and possibly a better GPU. You can probably take money from other parts.

Great build.

However, sound card? I guess if TC doesn't mind and is an audiophile.

Yeah, I picked up this build for 1,100 without the operating system (already own) and without the SSD (which I plan to get in a month when I can afford it) during black Friday.

TC screwed up by not buying during the biggest sales of the year.

The motherboard already support surround audio. Why the need of a sound card?

I wouldn't trust that PSU, and you certainly don't need 750W to power that unit.
